Refund & Cancellation Policy
We get it - things change.
But because some of our services are instant, here’s what you need to know:
Digital Conventional or Islamic > Wills, Wasiyats & Hibah
As soon as you pay, your document is automatically created and delivered.
✍️ After that, it can’t be edited - this helps us keep a clear, tamper-proof record of your will.
Please double-check all your details before making payment.
That means:
🛑 No refunds once the document is created.
✅ Please double-check your details before hitting “Pay.”
Need to make changes later? You can always generate a new version by starting afresh.
Lawyer Review (Optional Add-On) ( Available in certain locations )
If you choose a licensed lawyer to review your document:
✅ You can cancel within 1 hour, if the review hasn’t started yet.
⏳ Once the lawyer begins or shares feedback, it’s non-refundable.
🤝 Advice is offered on a best-effort basis - it’s not the same as hiring a personal lawyer.
Print & Courier Delivery (Optional Add-On) (Malaysia Only)
If you opt for printing + doorstep delivery:
📦 Once your will packet has been printed, sealed and handed to Pos Malaysia for dispatch, the order cannot be cancelled or amended.
📬 Each packet is sent via registered, track‑and‑trace courier in a tamper‑evident envelope.
🛑 Transit risk: Until Pos Malaysia records the item as Delivered, Willwali retains responsibility for any loss or visible damage. If the packet is lost, mis‑delivered or arrives damaged, we will re‑print and re‑courier one replacement free of charge and help you lodge any claim under Pos Malaysia’s standard liability terms.
🤝 After successful delivery, custodianship passes to you. Any subsequent reprints or re‑deliveries will incur the prevailing service fee.
Different Countries, Different Prices
We operate in multiple countries, and prices may vary.
We’ll always do our best to make it right, but our liability is limited to the amount you paid at checkout, based on your country’s pricing.
